1. About us and acceptance
Google Pixel UG is a trading brand operated by CreedStack Motions Ltd, an independent Kampala retailer of Google Pixel devices and accessories at Liberty Tower, opposite King Fahad Plaza, Kampala Road · Shop L3A-04. We are not Google LLC or an authorised Google Store unless expressly stated for a specific service. By using this website, submitting a review, creating an order or booking repair coordination, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the product-specific information confirmed before payment. If you act for a business, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Listings, images and device condition
We aim for accurate names, specifications, images and prices, but images may illustrate a model or pictured finish; the exact colour, region, network-unlocked status, SIM/eSIM capability, storage, cosmetic grade, battery condition, activation status, box and included accessories are confirmed for the actual unit before payment. Specifications can vary by region or software version. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer.
Condition categories
- New: unused or non-active stock as described; box status and manufacturer/supplier warranty are confirmed per unit.
- UK Used: pre-owned stock that may show reasonable cosmetic wear. Functional testing and disclosed faults/limitations form part of the description.
- Powering / power-on only: sold with the specifically disclosed limited state and no voluntary functional warranty, but no term removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
- Coming soon: indicative information only; price, specification and availability may change before launch.
3. Orders, contract and payment
Creating a GPU order number or sending its WhatsApp message is a request to order. A contract is formed only after we confirm the exact product, condition, total price, delivery fee, applicable warranty and payment instructions, and accept your order. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error, refuse suspected fraud, impose quantity limits or cancel unavailable stock; any money already received for a cancelled order will be returned through an appropriate method.
Prices are in Uganda shillings unless stated otherwise. Direct transfer, confirmed Mobile Money, in-store cash and cash on delivery for selected eligible orders are accepted as described on our Payments page. Use the GPU order number as the payment reference. Bank, mobile-money, currency-conversion, import or recipient-country charges are the customer’s responsibility unless included in the written confirmation. Never pay a number or account that has not been confirmed through our published contact channel.
4. Delivery, collection and cross-border orders
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. You must provide accurate recipient and address details and ensure someone can receive and inspect the parcel. Risk transfers on documented delivery or collection, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Report transit damage, a wrong item or missing contents immediately with packaging, photos/video and delivery evidence.
For East African delivery, the recipient is responsible for lawful import, local registration, taxes, duties and carrier requirements unless our written quotation says otherwise. Network bands, eSIM activation, 5G, carrier features and Google services may vary by country and operator; compatibility should be confirmed before purchase.
5. Three-day return window
For eligible products, contact us within three calendar days after documented delivery or collection and do not continue using the item. The unit must be returned with its supplied accessories, identifiers and packaging, without new damage, account locks, altered software, unauthorised repair or missing parts. We may inspect the device and verify IMEI/serial identity before accepting a return.
The voluntary three-day window does not ordinarily cover change of mind after activation, disclosed cosmetic/functional conditions, screen or liquid damage occurring after delivery, consumables, specially sourced items, hygiene-sensitive opened accessories, or faults caused by misuse. Where goods do not match the agreed description or a mandatory legal remedy applies, we will provide the remedy required by law regardless of a narrower voluntary policy.
6. Warranty and exclusions
Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, UK Used phones receive a 30-day voluntary functional warranty from delivery/collection. The warranty covers a qualifying internal functional fault existing at supply or arising under normal use during the period. It does not cover LCD/OLED/display damage or image defects caused after inspection, cracked glass, liquid, impact, bending, tampering, unauthorised repair, misuse, lost data, forgotten credentials, malware, third-party accessories, carrier/service availability, cosmetic wear or normal battery ageing.
New-device warranty source and duration are confirmed per product; imported stock may not receive local manufacturer service. We may require inspection and proof of purchase. Depending on the fault and law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund. No voluntary warranty wording excludes title, description, quality, fitness or other rights that apply under Uganda’s Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 2018 or other mandatory law.
7. Repairs and data
A booking is a request for assessment, not a fixed-price promise. After inspection, the technician confirms likely work, parts, estimated price and timing. Additional faults require approval before extra paid work. Replacement parts may be original, equivalent or aftermarket as disclosed. Repair can affect water resistance or manufacturer coverage.
You are responsible for backing up data, removing SIMs where requested, signing out of sensitive accounts where practical and providing only necessary access. Although reasonable care is taken, repair and diagnostics can involve data loss; we are not liable for avoidable data loss where you failed to back up, except to the extent the law does not allow limitation. Uncollected devices may incur reasonable storage charges after notice and may be handled under applicable law.
8. Reviews and acceptable use
You may submit only an honest, first-hand and relevant review. Do not post another person’s private data, passwords, order/payment details, threats, hate, harassment, unlawful claims, impersonation, spam, paid promotion, malware or content you do not have the right to publish. You grant Google Pixel UG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display the review for operating and promoting the store, while you retain ownership.
We may label purchase status, moderate or remove content, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. Editorial product notes are labelled and are not customer testimonials. Review ratings are opinions, not guarantees. To request correction or deletion, email info@creedmotions.store.
9. Intellectual property, availability and liability
The site’s original layout, copy and branding belong to Google Pixel UG or its licensors. Google, Pixel, Android, YouTube and related marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping, but may not scrape, attack, disrupt, copy commercially or misuse it.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or third-party service availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any permitted aggregate limitation will not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of title, data-protection duties, unpaid sums, or any liability or consumer remedy that law forbids limiting.
10. Complaints, force majeure and governing law
Contact info@creedmotions.store or WhatsApp +256 771 956 299 with your order reference, issue and requested resolution. We will try to resolve complaints in good faith. Events reasonably beyond control—including carrier disruption, border delay, power/network failure, natural disaster, civil action or supplier failure—may extend performance while the event continues; this does not remove rights that law preserves.
These Terms and electronic transactions are governed by the laws of Uganda, including applicable electronic-transactions and sale-of-goods legislation. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Uganda have jurisdiction, without preventing a consumer from using any mandatory forum or remedy available under applicable law. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms prospectively; the version accepted for a confirmed order continues to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.
